Warwick Project Nearing Completion
We’re on the home stretch at our Warwick site, and the excitement is building! Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by beautiful parklands, these two thoughtfully designed homes offer the perfect blend of accessibility, comfort, and connection. With Warwick Train Station just under 1km away and Warwick Grove Shopping Centre only 1.3km down the road, everyday convenience is at the doorstep.
Recently we had a special guest onsite—a junior SDA Assessor in the making—who put the homes through their paces. He was thrilled to discover he could move freely throughout the house using both a wheelchair and a walker. He especially loved the touch-sensitive lighting and was already planning the meals he’d cook in the kitchen someday. He was excited at the opportunity of living in his very own SDA home with friends in the future.
We can’t wait to welcome tenants and watch these homes come to life with personality and purpose.
