A First Look at Our New Bentley SDA Homes

30.05.25

We’re excited to share a first look at the newest visualisations for our second Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) project in Bentley. This thoughtfully designed development will feature five modern homes, offering a mix of single-resident villas and 2- and 3-person share homes to suit a range of living preferences.

Located in the heart of Bentley, this project is perfectly positioned near essential amenities, including Westfield Carousel, Curtin University, and the bustling East Vic Park café strip. Residents will have easy access to daily conveniences, public transport, and a vibrant local community, supporting a balanced, connected lifestyle.

The exterior render highlights the impressive street frontage of the two larger homes, ensuring a welcoming first impression and convenient access for residents and visitors alike. With ample space for support staff parking, these homes are designed to accommodate the needs of both residents and their support teams.

Inside, the interior designs reflect a modern, timeless aesthetic, with open-plan kitchens that provide maximum space for wheelchair maneuverability and easy participation in mealtime preparation, promoting independence. Thoughtful touches like LED lighting contribute to lower energy costs, supporting sustainable living while enhancing the overall comfort of each home.

Shared homes will include second living areas, providing the right balance of privacy and social space, while single-resident villas offer a more private retreat for those seeking a more independent lifestyle.

With every detail considered, these homes aim to empower residents to live independently while enjoying the benefits of a welcoming, well-connected community. Whether it’s a quiet moment in your own private space or a shared gathering in the living area, these homes are designed to adapt to the unique needs of each resident.

Stay tuned for more updates as we bring this exciting project to life.
