Full Circle: Goodwill Engineering sees their work at Warwick

Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Ability WA Goodwill Engineering (‘GWE’) team to our newly completed Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) site in Warwick. It was a special moment, as the last time they visited in November 2024, the brickwork had only just begun.

The GWE team played a vital role through their manufacturing of key building components such as brick ties—small but essential pieces that help bring our SDA homes together. What makes this partnership even more meaningful is that GWE employs people with disability, whose skills and craftsmanship directly contribute to creating quality homes for others with disability.

It’s a powerful example of the community supporting itself: people with disability building homes for people with disability.

It was great to share the achievement, celebrate the collaboration, and acknowledge the important role that their team play in making these homes a reality.
