Pulse Property Solutions is pleased to share that our portfolio of SDA homes has successfully transitioned to Socia Investors ADAPT2 Fund.

ADAPT2 is one of Australia’s largest SDA investors, supporting more than 490 people with modern, purpose-built homes across the country. Partnering with Socia means we can continue to expand the availability of exceptional SDA housing here in Western Australia.

We’re also pleased to welcome Inclusive Housing Australia as the new SDA provider for these homes. With their expertise and customer-first approach, IHA will be working closely with both Pulse and Socia to deliver housing that truly meets the needs of the people who live in it.

Together, we’re looking forward to building more opportunities, more homes, and more meaningful outcomes for people living with disability.
