Mount Hawthorn SDA Build Is Ready to Begin
Pulse Property Solutions has been working alongside a client to design and deliver a robust Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home, built specifically around their family member’s needs and long-term independence. After planning, design and the appointment of the builder, the project is about to hit the ground running.
Throughout the design phase, our team has worked closely with the client to finalise their selections including flooring, fixtures, colours, and finishes that will shape the feel of the home for years to come.
Our team has also been out and about picking up the finalised selections in person, making sure everything chosen is exactly right.
With the builder appointed and selections nearly locked in, the next few weeks will see build permit approval and site establishment.
