Project Update: SDA in Kenwick

We are proud to be serving as Project Manager’s for the Foundation Housing new Kenwick Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) development.

This purpose-built development is the result of a strong partnership between Foundation Housing and Ability WA, with a shared vision of delivering high-quality homes that support people with disability to live with greater independence.

Throughout this project, we’ve worked closely with Foundation Housing, Ability WA, consultants and the builder to coordinate the successful delivery of this development. Construction is now entering its final stages and practical completion is expected next month.
