Project Milestone: SDA delivery in Falcon

We are thrilled to announce the completion of Midway Community Care’s newest development in Falcon. This exciting project comprises four Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties built to SDA standards, including three Fully Accessible homes and one Robust home.

The development offers a range of housing options, with both single-resident villas and shared homes designed for two residents. Each property features a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, side-opening oven, and height-adjustable benchtops to support wheelchair users.  Homes also include generously sized bedrooms with private ensuites, individual courtyards, and are ready for tenants to move in.
